These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UCore Networks website at https://ucorenetworks.com (the "Site"), including online tools such as our IT cost calculator, cybersecurity scorecard, and downloadable resources. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About our services

UCore Networks provides managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and related technology services to business clients, primarily in Central Florida. The Site is for general information, lead generation, and client support intake. Use of the Site does not create a managed services agreement. A separate written agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement, statement of work, or service order) is required before we provide paid services.

2. Website tools and estimates

Our IT cost calculator, pricing information, and similar tools provide estimates for planning purposes only. They are not binding quotes, guarantees of pricing, or offers of service. Actual pricing and scope depend on your environment, devices, security requirements, compliance needs, and other factors identified during a formal assessment.

Cybersecurity scorecards, checklists, and educational content are provided for general guidance and do not constitute legal, compliance, or professional security advice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site unlawfully or in a way that harms UCore Networks, other users, or third parties
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or client data
  • Submit false, misleading, or spam information through forms or tools
  • Scrape, copy, or automate access to the Site in a way that interferes with its operation
  • Introduce malware or disrupt the security or availability of the Site

4. Submissions and communications

When you submit a contact form, calculator report request, or support intake, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of your organization. We may use submissions to create tickets, follow up with you, and maintain business records in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Client portal and third-party services

Existing clients may access billing, tickets, or account information through our client portal at https://billing.ucorenetworks.com. That portal may be operated on separate systems with its own login credentials, terms, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from the Site.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, layouts, and downloadable materials — are owned by UCore Networks or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and download materials for your internal business evaluation, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UCORE NETWORKS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for managed services that are governed by a separate signed client agreement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UCore Networks from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights caused by your submissions or conduct.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
